(This is an invitation-only event)
How Do Invitations Work?
- The club must have participated in the 2025 Florida Fest Tournament
- A select group of club directors will nominate athletes from clubs that attended the event (Nominations due May 2)
- Team Florida Coaches will then choose which athletes to invite from the list of nominees
- If invited the athlete must attend the evaluation to be considered for the final team
Invitations will begin being sent in March via the email associated with the SportsEngine account linked to the Florida Region membership.
Recommendations
Recommendations are for consideration to be added to the nomination list, it does not constitute an invitation to the evaluation. If an athlete does not meet the invitation criteria, their club director may submit a recommendation along with accompanying video for consideration. To request the recommendation form, the club director can email [email protected].
Recommendations are due by May 2
Boys Evaluation Fee:
$50 in advance (prior to 4:00 PM the Thursday before the tryout). There will be NO onsite registration.
Registration is only for those who have received an invitation. Details will be shared in the invitation email.
**If a registration is received for an individual that did not receive an invitation, a refund will be given less the processing or credit card fees.

Items to Bring to Your Evaluation:
- Appropriate volleyball attire
- Reusable water bottle
- Good attitude
Important Note:
For athletes invited, online registration will close at 4pm on Wednesday, June 4! We will not accept registrations after the 4pm deadline.
Evaluations Refund:
Refunds must be requested before 4PM on the Thursday before the respective evaluation. *Full refunds are available in the event of an injury or sickness with a doctors note. All refunds are less processing or credit card fees.
