The Florida Region Promotes Kristin Stanley to Director of Events

Eustis, FL – April 16, 2025

The Florida Region of USA Volleyball is pleased to announce Kristin Stanley’s promotion to Director of Events. In her new role, Stanley will oversee the planning and execution of all Florida Region volleyball events as the Director of Events as well as Tournament Director at each Regionhosted tournament. Stanley’s expertise in large-scale event planning and passion for the sport will allow her to further the organization’s mission to promote and grow the game of volleyball.

“I’m incredibly honored to step into this new role,” said new Director of Events, Kristin Stanley. “Over my 7 years working with the Florida Region, I’ve been fortunate to be part of some amazing milestones. I’m excited to continue creating exceptional events that unite our volleyball community and showcase the passion, talent, and love for the game that makes our sport so special.”

Since joining the Florida Region in April 2018, Stanley has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills. She has been instrumental in managing key events, including the inaugural 2024 Pompano Beach Volleyball Festival, 2022 AVP Central Florida Pro Series, All-Star Championships, Florida Pro Best of the Beach, and the AVCA Small College Beach Championships. Her dedication has significantly contributed to the region’s success and the enhancement of its events.

Her passion for the game and desire to run outstanding events shows up every day in our office. During my transition into this position, Kristin has shown great leadership skills in preparation for the 2025 ASICS Florida Volleyball Challenge. We are excited for her to formally step into the role of Director of Events and Tournament Director!”

In her expanded leadership role, Stanley will lead the continued growth and innovation of the Florida Region’s dynamic event calendar, while strengthening connections with athletes, clubs, partners, and the wider volleyball community. As Tournament Director for all Region-hosted events, she will also oversee onsite operations to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of excellence.
